FP MIDI 10

The STREAMS Field Processor (FP) is a ruggedized computer designed for use in a suitable roadside enclosure. The Field Processor is designed as part of the STREAMS system to provide local processing and control of field devices - it is not sold as a standalone device.

The MIDI Field Processor (FP) has 12 usable ports:

1 DB9-M Console port
1 DB9-M Serial Site Identifier port
2 RJ45 network interface/LAN ports
8 DB9-M Serial ports for field devices supporting both TIA/EIA-232 and TIA/EIA-422 protocols.
2 USB ports (Contact Transmax if a USB connection is required. USB is not supported by STREAMS)
