Transmax will process the request and provided documentation. Depending on the required amount of work associated with testing the product, Transmax will provide a quote for the compliance and, if necessary, request more information.  Transmax will also provide information on the type and duration of tests required.

After acceptance of the quote by the customer/supplier, Transmax will coordinate the further proceedings and define time frames and locations for testing.

Development and testing will occur with interaction with the customer/supplier, as required.

If the testing process reveals that the product in question is not compliant with STREAMS, a list of non-compliances is provided to the customer/supplier. A time frame is agreed in which identified issues can be rectified and the product is tested again.

Note: This can also mean that changes to STREAMS are necessary and need to be implemented as part of this process.
