Transmax offers technical support for STREAMS
and transport related equipment with approval for connection to
STREAMS systems. Support is provided contractually, by time and
material useage or by a combination of both.
Support staff are contactable by telephone, facsimile
or e-mail during work hours or by telephone after hours. A member
of the support team is available at all times. Assistance is provided
in the following areas:

Operational help, configuration and problem resolution for system,
third-party and STREAMS software running on servers and field computers,
and STREAMS software running on workstations.
STREAMS server and field computer support.
Configuration and problem resolution for STREAMS server
and field computer hardware.
STREAMS-certified transport field equipment
support.
Configuration and problem resolution for field equipment
such as Dynamic Message Signs, Vehicle Detectors and Intersection
Controllers that have been certified to operate with the STREAMS
system.
STREAMS system installation and commissioning.
Installation, configuration and commissioning of STREAMS
system hardware and software. Configuration of field equipment communications
equipment.
