Group Manager - Software and Technical Support
With over 20 years’ experience in service delivery relating to information security, networks and infrastructure, and software development, Dean brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Group Manager - Delivery and Support.
Dean joined Transmax in October 2013 after having worked for CITEC for 22 years. His experience in providing high-level customer support through his problem-solving skills and strategic thinking will be of great value to Transmax, along with his experience in business process re-engineering, change management and transitioning organisations to a new strategic direction.
As Group Manager - Delivery and Support, Dean is responsible for continually reviewing and identifying improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery, improve customer satisfaction and increase commercial viability.Dean holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Information Technology and Electronic Engineering.
