1 OVERVIEW

  1. The Policy applies to all users of Transmax software products (“Transmax Software”).
  2. All users (“you”) must comply with this Policy.

2 ACCEPTABLE USE

2.1 User Accounts
  1. This section 2.1 applies if you have a user account to use the Transmax Software.
  2. You must maintain the confidentiality of your username and password for the Transmax Software. You must not under any circumstances share your password for the Transmax Software with any other person.
  3. You must not create accounts for use by third parties, for example, a person not employed or engaged by your organisation.
  4. You must not share your account for the Transmax Software with others. You are the only person entitled to use your account.
  5. If you become aware of a security breach involving your account for the Transmax Software, you or your organisation must immediately notify Transmax.
  6. If you are under 18 years of age, you must not use the Transmax Software.
2.2 Use of the Transmax Software
  1. You must use the Transmax Software in a responsible and reasonable manner.
  2. You must not use the Transmax Software in a way that is against the law or that harms Transmax or our partners, affiliates, customers or suppliers. You must not use the Transmax Software if barred by law from using the Transmax Software.
  3. Without limiting the foregoing, you must not (and must not assist any other person to):
    1. Attempt to gain access to, alter or disrupt any account, software, hardware (including, without limitation, the Transmax Software) or network relating to the Transmax Software without authorisation;
    2. Use the Transmax Software to document, reproduce, share or store pornographic or adult material;
    3. Use the Transmax Software to document, reproduce, share or store defamatory material;
    4. Use the Transmax Software to document, reproduce, share or store illegal material;
    5. Use the Transmax Software to document, reproduce, share or store personal information or credit card information;
    6. Use the Transmax Software as a safety system;
    7. Use the Transmax Software for any illegal or fraudulent activity, to violate the rights of others, to threaten, incite, promote, or actively encourage violence, terrorism, or other serious harm, for any content or activity that promotes child sexual exploitation or abuse, or to distribute, publish, send, or facilitate the sending of unsolicited mass email or other messages, promotions, advertising, or solicitations or spam;
    8. Use automatic scripts or programs (including web crawlers) to access or attempt to gain access to the Transmax Software;
    9. Attempt to access the Transmax Software other than as permitted by Transmax;
    10. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, logo or other proprietary notice or label appearing on or in the Transmax Software;
    11. Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Transmax Software, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or trade secrets of the Transmax Software except as, and then only to the extent, expressly permitted by applicable law;
    12. Create any derivative works or adaptations of the Transmax Software;
    13. Rent, lease, lend-for-profit or provide commercial hosting of the Transmax Software, or otherwise provide or make available the Transmax Software to any other person for their use;
    14. Resell the Transmax Software to any person;
    15. Create a white label system using the Transmax Software; or
    16. Use the Transmax Software other than in accordance with the product description for the Transmax Software or any other product documentation provided by Transmax.

3 AMENDMENTS

  1. We may modify this Policy by posting a revised version on the Transmax website.
  2. By using the Transmax Software, you agree to the latest version of this Policy.
